Why we love it: Sophie Fidesser is the youngest vigneronne we represent at The Road. Along with her brother, Rudi, the two are taking the helm of their family’s multi-generational, staunchly biodynamic estate just south of the Czech border, in northern Austria. This Rotburger is all of our favourite things about Austrian red wine in one bottle: juicy and bright, with superfine tannins, tons of bright red fruit notes and incredible freshness. Chill it down slightly for a really quenching sip.
