Mireia Taribó and Tara Gomez craft this beautiful, textural white wine through minimal handling from vineyard to bottle in the famed Sta. Rita Hills sub-appellation of Santa Barbara County (remember the movie, Sideways? We’re there with all of these Camins 2 Dreams wines!).

Grapes harvested from the Certified Organic Spear Vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills, which is one of the highest elevation plantings in this famed district (peaking at 900 ft. above sea level). The grapes undergo pigeage (foot-stomping) after six hours on skins. The wine is fermented spontaneously in a combination of neutral French oak and stainless steel tanks, and is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal (<10 ppm) SO2.
