Why we love it: Sophie Fidesser is the youngest vigneronne we represent at The Road. Along with her brother, Rudi, the two are taking the helm of their family’s multi-generational, staunchly biodynamic estate just south of the Czech border, in northern Austria. This Grüner introduces us to Sophie’s dynamic, textural, downright heavenly wines. Round, bright, bone-dry and with an endless finish, this is a serious bottle for a fantastic price.
