Think dry flowers, blood orange, light & perfumed with island inspiration.

Why we love it: the grapes for this wine were picked from the biodynamically-farmed Bassi Vineyard (a personal favourite of ours, and one of the top vineyard sites in this part of Central Coast). They were co-fermented spontaneously, and the resulting wine was bottled unfiltered with minimal SO2.
